Return & Exchange Policy

At One Fit, customer satisfaction is important to us.

  • We offer a 2-day exchange facility from the delivery date.
  • Products can be exchanged for size issues, damaged items, or wrong products.
  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery agent during delivery.
  • If any damage, defect, or wrong item is found, it must be returned immediately to the delivery man.
  • After the delivery agent leaves, no return or complaint will be accepted.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging for exchange eligibility.
